We will send an email notification directly to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain a secure link to listen to and download your finished song.
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of placing your order. If you requested special upgrades, timeline details will be confirmed via email.
Your song is considered "delivered" the moment we send the email containing your final digital audio file link. Please be sure to check your spam or promo folders if you don't see it in your inbox.
Because our songs are highly personalized and production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the creative process has already begun.
Due to the subjective and highly custom nature of music production, all sales are final.

Once an order is placed and the payment has been processed, we are unable to change the payment method for that specific transaction.
If we mispronounced a name or got a specific factual detail wrong that you clearly stated in your order form, we will provide a minor correction free of charge. Please submit revision requests within 7 days of delivery.
Major revisions—such as changing the musical genre, altering the tone completely, or adding new stories not included in your original form—require significant studio time and will incur an additional revision fee, or require a new order.
